Home Office Response To Coronavirus
Critics say that the Home Office response to coronavirus has been hesitant. The department has acted to protect its staff and those of its contractors: steps to reduce contagion risk were implemented in mid-March: immigration bail reporting was suspended, asylum interviews were cancelled.
