Migrant
There is no internationally accepted definitive definition of a ‘migrant’, but the most correct version of the term is “a person who moves from one place to another to find work or improve their living conditions”.

Under EU rules, member states are allowed to return an adult asylum seeker to the first EU country they reached.
Seeking asylum is a fundamental human right: everyone has the right to enter another country to seek asylum in certain circumstances.
Refugee
A refugee has been forced to leave their country to escape war, persecution or a natural disaster.
